Automated Control Solutions, Inc. has been providing turnkey control systems since 1975 as the controls division of Ronco Communications and Electronics, Inc.

As the upstate New York distributor for Texas Instruments PLC line from 1978 to 1984, we designed and commissioned Process Automation Systems for a wide range of clients including General Motors Corp., Eastman Kodak Company, Bethlehem Steel Corp., and Corning Glass Company.

In 1986 we branched off as an independently owned systems integrator, Ronco EMS, Inc. We enhanced our expertise to provide a wide range of DCS and PLC systems using most of the leading industrial automation SCADA software packages and high level programming languages. This enabled us to expand our client base to include a variety of specialty chemical (continuous and batch), food & beverage, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper, material handling, bar coding, machine control, web conveyance, HVAC, chiller and boiler, and co-generation applications.

In 1997 we moved to a newer, larger facility to better serve our customers and changed our name to Automated Control Solutions, Inc. to better represent the services we provide.
