WE PROVIDE: DESIGN OF INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROL SYSTEMS SUPERVISORY CONTROL AND DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEMS WEB-ENABLING OF PLANT FLOOR DATA
The fundamental strength of our expertise stems from years of experience in implementing turnkey control systems in a wide range of industrial process (continuous and batch) and discrete manufacturing applications. Our technical staff is highly experienced with the specification, procurement, calibration, and testing of a variety of process and analytical instrumentation, and mechanical and electrical control devices. We also provide extensive onsite installation support, and startup/debug services. We offer preventive maintenance and service contracts to support our customers long after the commissioning of the system. DESIGN OF INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROL SYSTEMS Our
design team actively participates in the full project cycle
starting from the conceptual phase to the startup/debug and
commissioning of the system. The control system design services
that we provide include the development of Process &
Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs), design of instrument loop
diagrams, I/O wiring diagrams, panel layout diagrams, panel
wiring diagrams, and logic diagrams. We support AutoCAD and
Intergraph CAD systems. Our designers are highly experienced in
designing pneumatic and electrical control panels that meet the
NEMA, UL, and CE electrical standards. In many cases, these
designers actively participate in the in-house panel building
process. The
controls engineers on our staff are experienced in designing
control systems based on a variety of PLC and DCS control
platforms as well as PC control. Our control software development
skills include standard ladder logic programming and all five of
the IEC 1131-3 standard programming languages: Function Block
Diagram, Ladder Diagram, Sequential Function Chart, Instruction
List, and Structured Text. The hardware platforms that we have

Report Manager WEB-ENABLING OF PLANT FLOOR DATA We
have successfully implemented systems that enable our customers to
view selected plant floor information on a standard web browser.
We have developed custom applications in Java and have also used a
variety of off-the shelf packages to implement these systems. We
are experienced in implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems
and integrating plant floor data into these systems. We have used
many of the integration tools from the large SCADA vendors to
integrate manufacturing data into MES. In addition, we are also
experienced in using standard data exchange tools to integrate
plant floor data with planning and execution systems. We
also strive to stay current with the latest tools available from
the large SCADA vendors to provide a data channel from the plant
floor to the Enterprise Resource Planning and Supply Chain
Management systems. At
